Abstrak

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh produktivitas karyawan. Setiap perusahaan akan selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, oleh karenanya sangat penting untuk memperhatikan faktor gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, dan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Variabel kepuasan juga sangat penting bagi produktivitas karyawan. Secara empiris diuji beberapa pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (K3) terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, jenis variabel yaitu variabel eksogen, indogen, dan intervening. Populasi pada penelitian ini semua adalah karyawan PT. Djarum unit Engineering, menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa Organizational commitment, Occupatioanal Health And Safety, dan job satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap work productivity. Namun pada penelitian ini berhasil menunjukkan bahwa job satisfaction mampu menjadi variabel intervening antara variabel occupatioanal health and safety terhadap work productivity.
