Abstrak

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset dan sales growth terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2021. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2021. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 98 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling selama 7 tahun. Variabel independen current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on asset dan sales growth. Sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah financial distress. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu annual report perusahaan-perusahaan pada sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2021. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress, return on asset berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress dan sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress.
