Abstrak

The Central Bureau of Statistics Kudus Regency is a non-ministerial government institution that has duties and responsibilities as a coordinator of statistical activities. One of BPS's activities is the recruitment of partners. BPS Kudus has not maximized in the decision-making process to choose prospective partners received. These activities must be planned and carried out seriously and carefully so that officers are obtained who meet the criteria in carrying out their duties properly. The purpose of this study is to design a decision support system by implementing the website-based Multy Attribute Utility Theory method so that the process of determining partners can be carried out optimally and measurably using decision-making methods so that it is expected to determine more appropriate selection results. This research uses system development methods, namely prototyping models, system design using Unified Modeling Language, and blackbox testing systems. The criteria used in this study are 5 criteria, namely age, education, employment status, experience of census/survey activities that have been followed, interview tests, and knowledge tests. After that, testing was carried out to obtain a ranking using the MAUT method. The result of this study is a decision support system for determining partners at the Central Bureau of Statistics Kudus Regency by implementing the website-based Multy Attribute Utility Theory method which is expected to optimize the final selection results.
