Abstrak

Business strategy development needs to be carried out in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Super Mantili which operate in the manufacturing sector whose products are roof tiles (earthenware) have not utilized technology to marketing, this is due to a lack of understanding to use it. So the marketing of the products is offline by offering the products to markets on the island of Java. This resulted in a decrease in sales levels due to internal and external factors. Based on the results of pre-questionnaires, Super Mantili consumers found out about roof tile products through word of mouth, in fact 100% of customers did not know about Super Mantili MSME products on social media. So it’s necessary to design a strategy using the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. Based on the preparation of the SWOT quadrants, it can be seen that Super Mantili MSMEs are located in quadrant II, meaning that Super Mantili MSMEs need to diversify their strategy, namely designing new strategies again. So, initially the MSME strategy was focused on increasing the amount of production, now MSMEs must start designing marketing strategies also based on the SWOT matrix. Next, weighting was carried out using the QSPM method, which obtained 3 alternative strategies that could be prioritized by MSMEs, namely expanding the sales area and collaborating with suppliers in procuring raw materials, increasing online sales through marketplaces, and conducting online marketing via social media.
