Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through readiness to change at PT. PNM after being acquired by BBRI. The sampling method in this study used census sampling technique and the sample of this study was 27 permanent employees of PT. PNM Pati Regency Branch. Based on the results of the study, it shows that partially transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on readiness to change, readiness to change has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while transformational leadership does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, transformational leadership and readiness to change have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PNM Cabang Kabupaten Pati.
