Abstrak

Human resources are very urgent in relation with the top management. The man is not only being human capital because of having feeling, thinking, and unique need. Staaff need is not only salary, but also non-financial compensation. Therefore, the career is being psychological term. Career structure career for the future was developed structure of networking ad cellular. Career management mode was changed into flexible structure so that the staff must have had skill full and relation. Hence,it is very important to have experience, education and communication in order to develop professional human resources. in this case, education was practiced in school, workshop. Experience that is derived from the office circumstances while communication developed through company management. Skill and knowledge are so fast old fashioned with the concept of the conscience developing to learn how to learn on the job experience. Staff empowerment included three concept, that is empowerment, freedom of speech, and organization culture.
