Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sikap, persepsi kontrol perilaku, dan personal cost secara empiris terhadap niat whistleblowing internal-eksternal dengan persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai variabel pemoderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. PLN (PERSERO) di Jawa Tengah. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel sikap dan persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat whistleblowing internal-ekternal. Personal cost berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap niat whistleblowing internal-eksternal. Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan dalam memoderasi variabel sikap dan persepsi dukungan organisasi . Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam memoderasi personal cost.
