Abstrak
Penelitian in bertujuan menganalisis kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap organization citizenship behavior melalui komitmen sebagai variabel intervening. Obyek penelitian ini pada PKH Kementerian Sosial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 pegawai dengan menggunakan proportionatestratifiedrandomsampling. Alat analisis menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, SEM atau Structural Equation Modelling yang dioperasikan melalui program AMOS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen pegawai, variabel keadilan organisasiberpengaruh terhadap komitmen pegawai, komitmen pegawai berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCS), kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui komitmen, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) melalui komitmen.
