Abstrak
Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis pengaruh menganalisis pengaruh work family conflict, job insecurity dan work overload terhadapturnover intention karyawan pada The Safin Hotel Pati. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 110 dengan metode sensus maka sampel penelitian 110 responden. Jenis data berupa data primer berupa kuesioner, dan daya sekunder. Pengolahan data menggunakan editing, scoring, dan tabulasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data mengenai pengaruh Work Family Conflict, Job Insecurity, Work Overload terhadap Turnover Intention, maka dapat diambilkesimpulan bahwa : (1) Work Family Conflictberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada The Safin Hotel Pati (2)Job Insecurityberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada The Safin Hotel Pati. (3) Work Overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada The Safin Hotel Pati (4)Work Family Conflict, Job Insecurity, Work Overload berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention pada The Safin Hotel Pati.
