Abstrak

Abstrak Troubleshooting Personal Computer dengan system pakar memungkinkan siapa saja yang sedang mempunyai problem dengan hardware untuk mendeteksi kerusakan. Dengan demikian sebelum komputer yang menggalami masalah diserahkan kepada tukang service, dengan adanya sistem pakar dapat diketahui problemnya. Demikian membantu mempercepat analisis masalah yang sedang dihadapi Metode yang digunakan untuk penelusuran masalah ini adalah forward chaining. Forward chaining bisa dikatakan sebagai strategi inference yang bermula dari sejumlah fakta yang diketahui. Dalam metode ini, data digunakan untuk menentukan aturan mana yang akan dijalankan atau dengan menambahkan data ke memori kerja untuk diproses agar ditemukan suatu hasil. Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu aplikasi untuk mendeteksi kerusakan pada PC. Abstract Troubleshoting Personal Computer with expert systems allow anyone who is having problems with the hardware to detect damage. Thus before computer service problem left to the artisan, with the expert system can be known problem. Thus helping speed up the analysis of the problem at hand The method used for the search problem is forward chaining. Forward chaining inference can be regarded as a strategy that stems from a number of known facts. In this method, the data used to determine which rules will be executed or by adding data to a working memory for processing in order to find an outcome. The results of this study is an application to detect damage to the PC.
