Abstrak

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Perusahaan, Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA) dan Debt To Equity Ratio(DER) terhadap financial distrees. Populasi pada penelitian ini meliputi perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor tekstil dan garmen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018 – 2021. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel dan diperoleh sebanyak 44 sampel perusahaan dalam periode 4 tahun. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Tingkat signifikansi yang digunakan adalah sebesar 5%. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distrees sedangkan Kepemilikan Manajerial ,Curent Ratio(CR),Return On Asset(ROA) berpengaruh negatif terhadap financnial distrees dan Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh positip terhadap financial distrees.
