Abstrak

Small and Medium Industries are industrial units run by the community because they are proven to provide significant benefits and contributions (Bakhri, S., 2020). Small and Medium Industries (IKM) have a very important role in providing productive alternative economic business activities for the community. IKM Salt Consumption Production Centers in Central Java province are spread across several districts such as Pati, Rembang, Brebes, Jepara and Demak. Pati Regency is one of the salt production center districts which can contribute to meeting salt needs at the local and national level. Based on data from the Pati Regency Trade and Industry Service (DISDAGPERIN), it shows that the number of SMEs required in the data and so far the provision of IKM assistance has not been well targeted because the Pati Regency Trade and Industry Service has difficulty managing accurate data about the condition of each SME, so monitoring of SMEs is needed to assist the Department in carrying out assessments. The aim of monitoring IKM is to help provide assistance so that it is right on target, therefore the author needs a system that applies SPK (Decision Support System) in carrying out calculations. The SPK method required in determining the provision of IKM assistance uses AHP and SAW.
