Abstrak
From the flow of the running process, problems arise, namely customers who have made a reservation schedule come late so that other booking schedules do not match the predetermined schedule. Sometimes there are also customers who do not make reservations in advance but come directly to the studio to ask for service. And another problem is the recording of services, the management of the items needed are still recorded in a ledger that is vulnerable to loss and has not been computerized. With these problems, the author provides a solution for a Management Information System at the Responsive Web-Based Wip Beauty Studio with Whatsapp Notifications so that the reservation process will be more effective and can provide information about nail art and Wip Beauty Studio on a website.
