Abstrak

Kedungwaru Kidul Village is a village in Karanganyar District, Demak Regency. Currently, data processing regarding village asset management is still done manually assisted with Word and Excel application software. There is no use of a database management system for processing data relating to village assets. So when you want to make a report related to village assets, it takes a relatively long time (a matter of days). To convey utilization if so using a web-based system for asset management in Kedungwaru Kidul village. a village asset management system that has been analyzed, designed and will be implemented according to existing needs in Air Bara Village. This socialization was carried out for village officials in Kedungwaru Kidul village. The existing flow has weaknesses and is less efficient. On the admin side, it is often overwhelmed when there are lots of asset records, it is difficult to manage assets because there is still a limited maximum number of WhatsApp group members so several groups are needed and on the customer side it is difficult to get information on renting rice fields. This research aims to produce a system that can be used to manage both village rice field rental data, movable asset data, community data, open auction services for the number of rice fields for rental communities, as well as Kedungwaru Kidul village asset reports.
