Abstrak
Chameleon Id is a privately owned trouser convection manufacturer. The production cycle has several stages, checking product stock, procuring raw materials, scheduling production, production processes and production reports, producing quantities ranging from 100 – 500 products with several types of pants products with different raw materials every day. Time efficiency in production requires a method that can help estimate production time and prioritize which products must be made first, with the Cycle Time formula and the Shortest Processing Time method it is hoped that this will be able to answer these needs. Based on the root of the existing problem, the author is determined to solve this problem by building an information system for thesis research material with the title "Monitoring Production at the Chameleon ID Convection Using the Web-Based Shortest Processing Time Method" to facilitate monitoring of each production process with a structured system.
