Abstrak

This study aims to examine the determinants of income of farmers in seven villages of salt in the Kedung District Jepara. The study population consisted of 638 salt farmers, with 96 samples taken at random people. Independent variables consisting of natural factors (X1), venture capital (X2), labor (X3), and the skills of employees (X4) and the dependent variable is income. Data collection using questionnaires for primary data and documentation for secondary data. With multiple regression analysis method. Based on the results of testing, natural factors, capital and skills of farmers' income has a positive effect on salt. Which variable capital is the most powerful influence.
