Abstrak

This research is motivated low learning outcomes of Social Studies in grade IV Elementary School 3 Bendanpete Jepara obtained from the initial observation data. The problems of this study were (1) How does an increase in learning outcomes cognitive, affective and psychomotor Elementary School fourth grade students in School 3 Bendanpete Social Studies learning materials familiar social problems in the region with the implementation of cooperative learning models Jigsaw assignment method? (2) How teachers' skills in teaching of Social Studies using the Jigsaw cooperative learning model of the assignment method? The purpose of this study is to describe the class action learning outcome cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills of students and teachers describe in social studies learning materials recognize the social problems in the region with the implementation of the model with the Jigsaw cooperative learning assignment method. Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model with assignment method is one type of cooperative learning that students do in the original group and the group of experts and the method by providing task assignment aimed to attract attention and motivate students to learn. The hypothesis proposed action implementation Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model with assignment method can improve learning outcomes cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills of students and teachers in enhancing the subjects of Social Sciences at the Elementary School fourth grade 3 Bendanpete Nalumsari District of Jepara. This study is an action research conducted in the fourth grade Elementary School 3 Bendanpete Jepara with teacher research subjects and grade IV Elementary School 3 Bendanpete Jepara academic year 2013/2014 the number of students 21 people which lasted for two cycles each cycle consists of two meetings. The independent variable in this study is the Cooperative Learning Model of Jigsaw Assignment Method, while the dependent variable, namely Improved learning outcomes of the Social Studies in Class IV. Data collection methods such as interviews, observation, testing, field notes, and documentation. Data obtained from the measures taken were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the use of models with the Jigsaw cooperative learning assignment method can improve learning outcomes in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills social studies teacher performance. It can be seen from the following indicators of success tercapinya. (1) Percentage completeness student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspects of the pre-cycle 52.38%, increased in the first cycle to 76.2%, and increased again in the second cycle to 90.5%, an increase in the average value of the pre-cycle class 56.38 increase in cycle I to 65.71, and increased again in the second cycle becomes 77.61. (2) Improved learning outcomes affective and psychomotor aspects of the first cycle scored an average score of 74.4 with the classical criteria quite well, increased in the second cycle with an average value of 79.4 with a classical score both criteria. (3) Improved observations of teacher performance skills in social studies learning cycle I gained an average score of 81.87 with both learning management criteria, increased in the second cycle scored an average score of 88.75 with an excellent learning management criteria. The conclusions of this research is the application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning assignment method can improve learning outcomes cognitive, affective and psychomotor skills of students and improve teacher performance in the subjects of Social Studies at the Elementary School fourth grade 3 Bendanpete Jepara. Suggestions in this study, students should students are expected to foster the spirit of cooperation of students, promote mutual respect and caring to his friends, as well as the direct involvement of students in learning activities that students must learn to be responsible. For the teacher, should be need to implement an innovative learning model to create learning conditions are interesting and fun.
