Abstrak
Distribution machine works as a consignor of goods from one place to another place that does not allow people to move goods continue.The purpose of this study to determine the power consumption of the motor on the machine distribution of goods and the percentage fault readingscurrent sensor ACS 712 5A on the machinegoods distribution using SCADA.Therefore, this study will examine the power used in variable speed motors and determine the error rate sensor readings on the machine distribution of goods.The method used to determine the power consumption on goods distribution machine using experimental methods.This study was conducted with 10 trials withreferencevoltage 2 VDC to 20 VDC.Power consumption of the motor on the prototype machine distribution of goods with 20 VDC reference voltage equal to 0.23 W and the reference voltage of 20 VDC equal to 2.72 W. The maximum value of the error rate at the current SCADA readings equal to 8.33% on the reference voltage 14 VDC. The minimum value of 0.00% on variable voltage 2 VDC, 4 VDC, 6 VDC, 10 VDC, 12 VDC and 16 VDC.
