Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh environmental performance terhadap economic performance dengan environmental disclosure sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian yang digunakan adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2015. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 42 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental performance tidak berpengaruh terhadap economic performance, sedangkan environmental disclosure berpengaruh positif terhadap economic performance. Environmental performance berpengaruh positif terhadap environmental disclosure dan environmental performance berpengaruh positif terhadap economic performance melalui environmental disclosure.
