Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk majemuk NPK dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil Kubis bunga (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis L.) dataran rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Krasak Kecamatan Bangsri Kabupaten Jepara, Propinsi Jawa Tengah, 15 meter di atas permukaan air laut, beriklim tropis, jenis tanah latosol, dengan pH 5,5 - 6,5. Penelitian mulai bulan Frebruari 2012 sampai dengan April 2012. Penelitian faktorial dilakukan di lahan sawah irigasi pompa dengan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) terdiri dari 2 faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu, tiga aras dosis pupuk NPK: (n0) kontrol (tanpa pupuk), (n1) 400 kg/ha dan (n2) 800 kg/ha, sedangkan faktor kedua adalah tiga aras pupuk kandang ayam, yaitu (a0) (tanpa pupuk), (a1) 15 t/ha dan (a2) 30 t/ha, sehingga terdapat 9 kombinasi perlakuan diulang 3 kali,sehingga diperoleh 18 perlakuan. Dosis Pupuk NPK tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga. Dosis pupuk kandang ayam berpengaruh nyata terhadap perutumbuhan (tinggi tanaman semua umur, jumlah daun semua umur, bobot brangkasan segar, dan bobot brangkasan kering) dan hasil (diameter kepala bunga, bobot bunga pertanaman, bobot bunga perpetak) tanaman kubis bunga. Terjadi interaksi pada parameter tinggi tanaman umur 1 MST dan 3 MST, jumlah daun pada semua umur, bobot bunga pertanaman, bobot brangkasan segar. Hasil tertinggi diperoleh pada kombinasi perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK 800 kg /ha) dan pupuk kandang ayam 30 ton/ha (n2a2) sebesar 7,15 kg/petak bobot bunga, sedangkan hasil terendah terdapat pada perlakuan kontrol (n0a0) sebesar 2,43 kg. SUMMARY This research was conducted to determine the effect of NPK fertilizer and chicken manure to growth and yield of Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. Botrytis L.) lowlands. The experiment was conducted in Krasak Village, Bangsri Subdistrict, Jepara District, Central Java, at elevation 15 meters above sea level, pH 5.5-6.5, latosol soil type with tropical climate. The research starting Frebruari to April 2012. The factorial research was conducted at the pump irrigated land with randomized complete block design (RCBD) consisting of two factors and 3 replications. The first factor three level of NPK fertilizer dose, (n0) control (without fertilizer), (n1) 400 kg /ha, (n2) 800 kg / ha. The second factor was three level of chicken manure dose, (a0) (without the chicken manure), (a1) 15 t /ha, (a2) 30 t / ha, there were 12 combinations with 3 replication. NPK fertilizer dose did not significantly affect on plant growth and yield cauliflower ( plant height of all ages, the number of leaf at 1st and 2nd WAP, fresh row material weight, dryrow material weight, flower head diameter, weight planting flowers, flower weight per plot). Chicken manure dose gave significantly affect on growth and yield of cauliflower (plant height of all ages, the number of leaves of all ages, row material fresh weight and row material dry weight, flower head diameter, flower weight per plant, flower weight per plot). There was significantly interaction on 1st and 3rd week plant height, the number of leaves at all ages, flowers weights per plant, freshrow material weight. The highest yield reached at 800 kg/ha NPK fertilizer and 30 t/ha chicken manure dose (n2a2) there was 7.28 kg/plot, while the lowest yield reached at control treatment (2,43 kg/plot)
