Abstrak

Based on data and the percentage of patient visits at Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital, the number of patients at the obstetric polyclinic was ranked the highest with a percentage reaching 26% of the total patients at the 12 existing polyclinics, while there were only 2 obstetricians practicing at Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to 30 patients at the obstetric polyclinic at Bhina Bhakti Husada Hospital, the waiting time for service was too long and they felt uncomfortable with it. The purpose of this study was to determine the waiting time, the causes of waste waiting and to provide recommendations for improvements to the obstetric polyclinic service process. This study uses the lean service method approach by making value stream mapping which is used to identify activities that are included in waste waiting, as well as simulations using the Flexsim software to validate service process models and the fuzzy FMEA method to determine critical potential causes that need to be repaired immediately. The results of this study obtained waiting time (waste waiting) from the obstetric polyclinic service process (3858 seconds), causes of waste in the obstetric polyclinic service process, critical potential causes and recommendations for improvement.
