Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-life balance, work environment dan work satisfaction baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap employee loyalty Rumah Sakit ‘Aisyiyah Kudus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan non medis RS ‘Aisyiyah Kudus, yang berjumlah 95 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 76 orang karyawan non medis. Hasil penelitian secara parsial work-life balance, tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee loyalty, work environment positif signifikan terhadap employee loyalty, work satisfaction tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee loyalty sedangkan pada uji simultan work-life balance, work environment, dan work satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee loyalty.
