Abstrak
CV. Atharizz Production is a service provider company operating in the field of Event Organizer and SPG Agency located at Jln. Djarum Research and Development No.206 Rt.5/2 Kec. Kaliwungu, Kudus. In the CV order management process. Atharizz Production still has shortcomings, among others. Consumer orders must come directly to the office. Promotion of event organizer services by distributing brochures so there is a risk of damage. Submission of consumer order information is reported directly to the management. To overcome these challenges, a web-based system with a CRM method is needed. The main advantages of this system include efficiency in the EO ordering process, better data accuracy, more structured management, and the ability to easily track and monitor order status
