Abstrak
This research discusses the development of CRM system applications at Piyuen.net. in its activities, there are difficulties in building Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that can maintain customer loyalty. This research aims to facilitate and streamline customer transaction data management activities to be carried out efficiently. This Customer Relationship Management (CRM) analysis method is used to identify the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy implementation. The system development method used is the waterfall method. While the system design method uses UML. The research method obtained data and found theoretical knowledge in the context of understanding and solving service problems. The use of CRM in this study utilises existing technology to build a system that is expected to improve service quality at Piyuen.net..
