Abstrak

Human resources (HR) performance are very necessary to contribute to achieving company or organizational goals. Therefore, the experience and knowledge of PT's human resources. PLN (Persero) ULP Kudus City must be managed well, so a system or concept known as Knowledge Management (KM) is needed. However, there are still fluctuations in electricity loss or loss and the use and evaluation of employees as recipients and givers of information is not running optimally, indicating that the performance and use of Knowledge Management is not running optimally. This research aims to examine the relationship between the Knowledge Management Inukshuk Model and human resource performance, as well as formulating an optimal Knowledge Management strategy. Linear regression analysis was used to test the relationship between the KM Inukshuk Model and HR performance, data was collected through questionnaires from 79 employees. SWOT-AHP analysis was used to formulate an optimal KM strategy, data collection was carried out by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to five key respondents. The research results show that the KM Inukshuk Model has a positive and significant influence on HR performance with an r Square value of 12.5% and a significance value of 0.001, and recommendations for optimal KM strategies with a combination of SWOT-AHP are expected to help organizations maximize the benefits of KM for improve HR performance.
