Abstrak

Oil slicing machines are effective in reducing oil sticking to food with shorter time and better yield quality compared to traditional slicing methods. The purpose of this portable slicing machine analysis is to analysis of the effect of rpm on the oil that comes out of mendoan tempe in a portable vertical axis drainer machine. This research will use a data collection method through direct observation of slicing machines with different rotation variations. The data collected includes the quality of the slicing results such as the purity of the liquid. Data analysis will be carried out using statistical methods, using linear regression to see the effect of spin on the quality of results. The results of this study from the 3 variations in rotational speed obtained the most effective results to choose from, namely at a speed of 1200 rpm with a lot of oil drained 0.064 kg. Based on the results of this data, it will revolve around the effect produced by changes in engine rotation speed on the oil that comes out at varying speeds of 1000 rpm, 1200 rpm and 1400 rpm, the greater the rpm, the more oil that comes out.
