Abstrak

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengujiseberapabesarpengaruhlingkungankerjadanbudayaorganisasiterhadapkinerjapegawai PDAM Kota Kudus.Variabeldalampenelitianinimeliputivariabelindependenyaitulingkungankerjadanbudayaorganisasi, sedangkanvariabeldependenyaitukinerja.Jenissumber data meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, sampeldalampenelitianinisebanyak 52 responden.Metodepengolahan data meliputicoding, editing, tabulatingdanscoring dengananalisisregresi linear berganda yang dibantu program SPSS 17.0. Penelitianinimenyimpulkanbahwa : (1) terdapatpengaruhpositifvariabellingkungankerjaterhadapkinerjapegawai PDAM Kota Kudus dengankoefisienregresisebesar0.131dan (2)terdapatpengaruhpositifvariabelbudayaorganisasiterhadapkinerjapegawai PDAM Kota Kudus dengankoefisienregresisebesar0.464. Dari hasilkoefisiendeterminasimemilikinilai Adjust R Square sebesar0.383atau 38.3%, sementara 61.7% (100% - 38.3%) kinerjapegawaidijelaskanolehfaktor-faktor lain diluarlingkungankerjadanbudayaorganisasi.
