Abstrak

This study aimed to determine the effect of Leadership, motivation, work environment, accounting information system and compensation on employees perfomance at Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Kudus. The population in this study is a Bank Perkreditan Rakyat in Kudus with a sample of 8 BPR. The number of samples obtained from 55 respondents. The methods used in this sampling is by using purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and obtained through questionnaires. This study using a test instrument that includes the validity and reliability test. Classic assumption test including normality test, test and test multicolinearity heterokedastisitas. The hypothesis test using t-test, F and coefficient of determination. These results indicate that the Leadership, motivation, work environment, accounting information systemand compensation have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on employee perfomance
