Abstrak

In an institution or unit engaged in providing services for the needs of the community, both internally and externally, accurate information and management are essential, as demonstrated by the activities of Prima Medika Medical Laboratory. Currently, every patient who wants to register for laboratory tests must physically visit Prima Medika Medical Laboratory. Similarly, when patients want to access their test results, they must do so in person. This study aims to facilitate patients in registering and accessing real-time test result information, which can be accessed anywhere via the internet. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the information system process to meet the needs of Prima Medika Medical Laboratory. This information system is web-based and integrated with WhatsApp Gateway, utilizing PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. By designing this system, it will facilitate patients in obtaining queue numbers, estimated arrival times, as well as providing quick and accurate test results and information without the need to physically visit the laboratory.
