Abstrak

CV Muria Store is a company engaged in the production of birthday souvenirs, wedding souvenirs, etc. As the world becomes increasingly modern, the company is starting to explore the potential of the souvenir market outside Kudus by selling souvenir products and finished products, both offline and online to various marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, and also making payments until the goods are received. hands of customers through expeditions with the aim of getting customers throughout Indonesia, not just locally. The problems that occur at CV Muria Store Kudus are the slow production process, errors in the order process, so that order estimates are delayed and delivery is late. This research will build a sales management information system at the CV Muria Store with the aim of helping the company process customer orders and produce clear sales reports. The method used is Prototyping, designing using UML and ERD so that the results that can be achieved by using a sales management information system are automating the sales process, starting from receiving orders, processing payments, sending goods and tracking available stock to avoid stock shortages or errors. In delivering goods, it also produces a total sales report for each order.
