Abstrak

Land is a legacy of great value. Not only that, land is a very important need for anyone because it can be used in various fields, from agriculture, housing, trade, industry or mining. The increase in population each year is not proportional to the increase in land area, this makes it possible for every community to try to make land documents or certificates. As the need for land increases, it is necessary to improve land certificate registration services in the Village by designing and creating a Web-based land certificate registration information system using PHP and MySQL to assist with procedures for making land letters or certificates in Ngegot Village. This research aims to improve land certificate registration services in Ngegot Village through developing a web-based information system using PHP and MySQL. The research model used is the Linear Sequential Model or waterfall model. The proposed steps include requirements analysis, system design, development using PHP and MySQL. With this approach, it is hoped that the system can provide significant benefits for the Ngegot Village community in terms of registering land certificates.
