Abstrak
Toko Barokah is a clontong shop business located in Penambuhan Village, RT 1/1, Margorejo Pati District. This shop has been established since 2004. The current business flow of selling goods is divided into two ways, namely the conventional way for customers to come to choose goods and then pay or the way to order with a short message via WhatsApp to order goods which will then be picked up by the customer themselves. The problem experienced by Toko Barokah is in terms of effectiveness in transactions. Toko Barokah still uses a manual system where the stock and price list of goods are in the goods ledger which allows the book to be lost or damaged and what often happens is wrong prices because price updates are not immediately corrected. Moreover, creating a sales report takes quite a long time. In terms of service, currently the Barokah Store does not have certain parameters to determine whether the customer is satisfied or dissatisfied. Things like this need to be considered to see whether the performance of the store's employees provides satisfactory service or not. Implementing CRM and using the CSAT method to assess customer satisfaction and developing a Web-based system will provide solutions to existing obstacles
