Abstrak

Tujuandaripenelitianinimembuktikandanmenganalisispengaruhperilakukepemimpinanpartisipatifterhadapkomitmenorganisasi.PengaruhperilakukepemimpinanpartisipatifterhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Serta pengaruhkomitmenorganisasiterhadapOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Metode yang digunakandalampenelitianinimenggunakanpendekatankuantitatif.Dilakukananalisissecara statistic.Jenispenelitian yang digunakanadalahpenelitianexplanatory.Denganjumlah sample 100 orang karyawanpeternakayamkabupaten Kudus. Hasilpenelitianmembuktikanadanyapengaruhpositifdansignifikanantarvariabelperilakukepemimpinanpartisipatif, komitmenorganisasi, danOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).SemakintinggiperilakukepemimpinanpartisipatifmakaOrganizational Citizenship Behavior semakinmeningkat.SemakintinggikomitmenorganisasimakaOrganizational Citizenship Behavior semakinmeningkat.Semakintinggiperilakukepemimpinanpartisipatifmakakomitmenorganisasisemakinmeningkat.
