Abstrak
One objective of the work is to implement its competence to the fullest, and other objectives, namely to obtain compensation for the human dikendalian by the desire to meet their needs such as the desire to earn more money. This study aimed to analyze the salaries, allowances and benefits to employee performance. The independent variables in this study are variable salaries, allowances and benefits, dependent variable: the performance of employees. The types and sources of data include primary and secondary data, the sample of 53 respondents, gathering data using questionnaires, data processing include: coding, editing and tabulating and input process with SPSS. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis, and analysis of the validity and reliability, as well as regression analysis. Based on the analysis of data on the effect of the salary, allowances and benefits to employee performance, it can be concluded that the salary with 4,217 t value and facilities with 2,348 t value is greater than t table of 1675 and therefore contributes to employee performance partially. While the benefits to the value of 1,550 t less than t so it does not affect the performance of employees. But the F-test with a calculated F value of 13 901 is greater than the F table at 3:19, so the salaries, allowances and benefits affect the performance of employees simultaneously.
