Kata Kunci: Violent Attitudes, Group Guidance, Cognitive Restructuring Techniques. Violence is behavior that does not reflect humanity and is even considered inappropriate if carried out by someone. These problems are still found in the school, and there are students who still have inappropriate behavior in their school environment, so prevention is needed as an anticipation so that it doesn't go too far. Therefore, researchers formulated before and after conditions and evaluated the effectiveness of hybrid-assisted group guidance services using cognitive restructuring techniques. The aim of this research is to determine the condition of students before and after being provided with services and to find out the effectiveness of hybrid-assisted group guidance services using cognitive restructuring techniques. The cognitive restructuring technique involves changing irrational thought patterns to rational ones, helping clients evaluate behavior that focuses on negative thoughts and learn to accept responsibility so that they become independent and can integrate better behavior. Violence is a negative action carried out by one or more individuals against another individual repeatedly and continuously. Besides that, violence also often involves matters of strength and power. This research uses quantitative methods, namely pre-experiment in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest, where this research does not use a control group. The pre-experimental method is a research method used to find the effect of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions. Observation, interview, and scale data collection techniques. The subjects of this research were nine students using purposive sampling. The research results obtained by the researcher by carrying out the pretest got a score of 156.56 in the medium category. After being provided with services for 4 meetings, they carried out the posttest and got a score of 279.22 in the high category. Thus, it can be concluded that hybrid-assisted group guidance services using cognitive restructuring techniques are able to change irrational thought patterns into rational ones, which can give rise to certain behaviors in students. Therefore, researchers hope that students can: 1. Set goals and priorities. 2. Planning and scheduling; 3. Ability to control attitudes or actions 4. Organized preferences or decisions. These research suggestions can be used as a basis for further research.
